The global Covid-19 pandemic continues to affect many aspects of our normal lives and schools are sadly no exception.
Despite the best efforts of the school and the local authority we have no choice but to temporarily close our school due to staffing shortages, which leave us unable to operate safely.
We are not alone in having to do this, a number of schools across the region and country are facing similar challenges.
Please be assured that we are working tirelessly to get the school open again as soon as it is safe and in the meantime, we will be offering our online education provision and home learning support.
You can continue to help protect yourself, your family and the wider school community by following the latest government instructions, detailed at www.gov.uk/coronavirus
