Journeys into the Unknown 

This term, Year 2 will be going on an exciting adventure as we learn about the lives of two incredible explorers — Christopher Columbus and Neil Armstrong.  We’ll be discovering their amazing achievements and learning how their adventures changed the world. From Columbus's daring sea voyages to Armstrong’s historic first steps on the moon, we’ll explore what made them such brave and determined explorers. We will also be comparing and contrasting their journeys — finding out how exploring the oceans and exploring space are similar and different.
