This week in Year 2, we’ve been celebrating British Science Week with some exciting experiments!
We explored how to make fabric waterproof by testing different coatings, including oil, PVA glue, wax crayon, and a glue stick. After testing, we found that the glue stick made the fabric the most waterproof.

We also investigated different types of sugar to see if the size of the grains or lumps affects how quickly they dissolve in water.
