Due to heavy snow this evening and further snowfall expected overnight, school will be closed tomorrow, Friday 9th January.

Roads and pavements are unsafe and conditions are forecast to worsen. Bus and train services across the area have been suspended, and many local schools are closed or preparing to close. Access to the site for pupils, families, and staff would not be safe. The decision has been made to protect everyone.

Wraparound provision will also be closed tomorrow.

We recognise the disruption this causes and appreciate how difficult this is for families. This decision has been taken carefully and with safety as the priority. We will update you tomorrow regarding arrangements for reopening.
