The Year 5/6 Chess Club started at lunchtimes this week and has already been a great success. Some of our more experienced players have been taking the lead by teaching other pupils how to play, explaining the rules and sharing strategies. It has been lovely to see pupils supporting one another, learning new skills and enjoying playing chess together.
