This week is Children's Mental Health Week. This year the theme is 'express yourself'. We can express ourselves in lots of different ways-through our spoken and written words, through our art work, through movement and dance and through music.
It is important to remember that when we express ourselves we don't have to be perfect. Sometimes we will be feeling sad or angry, sometimes we might make mistakes. It is okay if we do.
